There are a lot of people who work on this breakfast to make it possible. Here is a picture of Phyllis, Laura, Leigh and me with Santa. This was our 4th year for the breakfast. We raised almost $6200 for Agape.
Our pictures with Santa all turned out great thanks to Penny and as always our "Santa" is top notch. He loves doing it and loves seeing all the kids. Everything went very smoothly this year.

I found your blog while searching for ideas for a pancake breakfast with Santa. I was wondering if you would give me some pointers as this will be the first one at our church? What other things did you do besides the breakfast? games? music? Something for the moms to do?
