Christmas

We had another great Christmas this year. The kids got many things and we spent lots of time with family.

Then we spend the night at my moms and Santa comes to visit us there in the morning. This year my brother spent the night too, he and I stayed up watching A Christmas Story and most of Christmas Vacation.

The theme for Kaitlyn this year was Justin Bieber

We ate breakfast with Santa at our church earlier this month

Kaitlyn said this was the last year she was going to sit on Santa's lap and have her picture made. We'll see about that!

Then after he was done looking at all of his stuff for a while he went to wake up Kaitlyn

And stockings!

This Christmas was all about clothes, Vera Bradley and LEGOS at our house!

Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas Eve at my mom's as always. There were many presents to be opened.

Kaitlyn's big gift was this necklace that has her name on it

Kyle's big gift was Kingdom Legos (of course!)

We got my mom a grill (for a really good deal) and Justin put it together for her.

And I got a new mixer! I have coveted one of these for a while, can't wait to use it!

Christmas Cards

I finally mailed our Christmas cards yesterday (well most of them). I created several cards through Shutterfly then couldn't decide which one I wanted. My 3rd period helped me but I still ended up getting 2 different cards. Which was a mistake because then I couldn't decide who got which card. Here are some of my designs, you'll just have to be surprised with which one you get!

Storytime with Santa and Mrs. Claus

This was our 4th year to attend Storytime with Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Jamerson's. We love this event. Every year I think my kids might be getting too old but they still want to go so we will go as long as we are invited.

Ornaments

I tried to take a picture of some of my ornaments on my tree (though I am not good with up close so I have edited them a tad). I have an idea for a mini-album that I want to do but I have some ornaments up the attic that I haven't gotten down in a while that I also want to include.

My friend Paula brought me this one back from Disneyworld last year (and I can't believe I didn't buy myself one this year when we went)



Kaitlyn got me this one from the Santa Shop at Breakfast with Santa one year.



Kelley made all the bunco girls these one year. It says Silly Sisters on the other side.



I just like these!



I can't remember if my mom or my stepmom gave me this one but I have this pattern of Christmas china.



I got this one from ladies day a couple of years ago. I think I sat at the "Diva" table decorated by Jennifer W. and Michelle P. and we got to bring these home.

Christmas Morning

Santa came!

The elves must have made a lot of pillow pets this year because I think just about every kid got them. We got the puppy dog and dolphin at our house.



Kyle also got a real basketball, Toy Story army men, and more K'Nex.



Kaitlyn got some rain boots, ear muffs, a puffy vest and a Vera Bradley purse.
